WDT Tool
A tool for breaking up clumps in your portafilter before you tamp.
A WDT (Weiss Distribution Technique) tool for breaking up clumps & evening out the distribution of coffee grinds in your portafilter before you tamp.
To use this tool:
Once you have finished grinding into your portafilter basket, stir the needles/pins of your WDT Tool through the coffee grinds in a circular or zig-zag motion to distribute grinds & remove clumping. If you are also using a leveler, use your WDT Tool first.
This is also great for breaking up clumping in a jar of pre-ground coffee.
